Sorry, we couldn't take your payment Please try again in a moment

Hi there,

 I have a Super Fibre broadband and calls package. I have tried to pay the overdue bills but it comes up with the message "Sorry, we couldn't take your payment Please try again in a moment" every time I try. There is enough money on my account. 

Please can someone help ASAP so I can get my wifi back up and running.

As you’ve found out no-one from staff contacts you because you post on the forum, you’ll always need to get in touch with NOW directly.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
