Hi there,
I have a Super Fibre broadband and calls package. I have tried to pay the overdue bills but it comes up with the message "Sorry, we couldn't take your payment Please try again in a moment" every time I try. There is enough money on my account.
Please can someone help ASAP so I can get my wifi back up and running.
