I have tried time and time again to submit my bank card details through my iPhone and it’s not accepting my details. Card is valid all details correct and no problem with my bank as I have called them. I’ve tried so many times online chat completely usless.

I have put in the right card details and everything they have asked for and it keeps saying something wrong with the card details I have spoken to bank and everything is fine no problems with my card plus its a new card so I don't understand why its not being accepted

I’m now having the same issue been on live chat they have not got a clue mine is a top up debit card never had a problem before and use it for now broadband but won’t be accepted for now tv
