Hello,
I have recieved an email with part of the email stating the below:
"Soon you will have to enter a PIN every time you start watching most live channels on your Sky Cinema Pass. This is being applied to protect younger viewers from streaming 12+ content on live TV."
None of the users of the account are below the age of 18, why is this becoming a mandatory thing. Please can someone tell me how I can completely turn Parental PIN off as it is not required. This functioanlity should not be forced upon the user.
Thank you.
This is an OFCOM requirement. see - https://www.ofcom.org.uk/consultations-and-statements/category-2/mandatory-daytime-protection
Well that now makes sense.
Is this something that the other Sky channels are going to introduce aka on the Entertainment/Sports pass or simply only for Movies?
