This PIN isn’t right

Hi, I’ve put Now TV in my Sony Bravia TV but when I try to watch Sky Atlantic (Fish Town happens to be on), it asks for a PIN, and when i enter it, it comes up that it is wrong, I’ve logged in to my account on my laptop and reset the PIN and it still won’t accept it? I’ve also turned off parental control so I don’t think a PIN should be needed at all?

Hi @Anonymous User 

When using my Youview box the Parental Pin configured from standard is different to the NOW Parental Pin that I setup on my NOW account.

I don't know if the Sony Smart TV's with the NOW App on it is the same, but firstly I would try either 1234 or 9999.

Then if this is the reason, go into your Sony TV Parental Pin settings (not NOW account) and change the pin number to whatever you wish.

Also if watching live TV on NOW before the watershed you may be asked to enter a Parental pin even if you have disabled it on your NOW account.
