Am abroad and cannot download the app

Have subscribed today and cannot use it.  Therefore, am requesting refund.

Will you be back in the UK soon? As you can keep it until you're back?

You need to be aware you don't speak to staff on here. The forum isn't used in that way. 

To get a refund you need live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

Also if you aren't going to be back in the UK, you are best to close the account down. Which I am sure live chat can arrange for you. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

As above, it’s UK only.

Even people, like me, who have the app downloaded from when they were last in the UK, can’t use it when we are abroad,

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
