Hi I've been charged twice this month once on the 16th and today the 28th, after contacting through live chat I was told that its because there was no payment in July? This is a no contract agreement if I dont pay i couldnt use the service because it wouldn't let me and 4 months later they have charged me the 11.99 for somthing thats not a contract and had no warning emails messages nothing, I'm disabled and was awaiting to pay for my shopping to be paid so I can get it delivered and they told me that its not there fault basically its mine for no having the money in the account, I've been told it has been sent to a supervisor for review and that ill have to wait up to 48 hours how is this fair or my fault for somthing thats not what I agreed or have a contract to ? Please help

Hate to say, but sometimes duplicate accounts can be created and for some reasons passes then become activated.
