Now Player won't download on laptop

Got new laptop. Clicked on download player, file downloaded but nothing happens - any ideas or hints?And I clicked player downloaded so now it won't let me try again!Thanks!

Issue was that I was in S mode so turned that off and now all is well.Thanks for the tip though!
