Using my iPad I have tried to cancel an entertainment pass using the website as instructed. But when I press cancel I am taken to the confirmation page where I just get the swirling logo and my pass won't cancel.

Thanks for the reply Simon. Just tried to cancel again but no different. Earlier I tried on my iMac and the same result, so probably not related to iPad but some other reason.
