Somethings not right.

I was watching an episode on my iPad and when it finished I clicked to watch the next episode and now I keep receiving the same pop up message on both my iPad and my iPhone. 

Somethings not right/Give it a moment, or check nowtv.com/status for updates (0). 

 

Is is there a general problem or is it just me ?

What is the version of OS on your iPad? 

 

Also what version of the App are you using?

Does it happen with everything you're trying to watch? Have you tried any other device? 

 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If yes, please tell me what you've tried.

It is doing it on both iPad and iPhone as stated above, I don't have any other devises.

And as stated above it was working fine until the point I messaged. I was watching last night and this morning and was watching just before the message started to appear as well.

What troubleshooting? Where do I find that information

I have just tried to sign out and sign back in. No change same error message.
Tried to delete the app and reinstall it and no change still the same message.

Hi @Anonymous User,

 

Sorry to hear this issue is still ongoing.

 

Can you double check that your iOS device is set to UK, your vpn is set to off and your location services are switched on.

Still going on now.
Nothing can off possible changed on the devises.
I was literally sat watching it when the first notice came up.
It's not it's happened when I've started it happened during viewing.
It was working fine and then stopped and now I keep getting the message.
It states to check NowTv.com/status but doesn't take me to the link and when I look in here it doesn't say anything in the status section.

This is still happening on both my devices.

iOS devices are both set to uk
vpn is off
Location services are on

Strangely I stayed at a hotel last night and NowTv work on both devices however now I'm home I'm getting the same message.

Internet connection is fine I can access other things through the Internet.

Any ideas?
