I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered when signing in on your iPhone.
When you sign in on the Safari is that through the browser on your phone or on a Mac?
If you have signed in on a Mac can you please try to play content and then try uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone and try again?
