now tv on pc

hi i keep getting this message come up whenever i want to watch something on my sky sports channels on my pc i have even unistalled silverlight and re-installed but keep getting the same message A Silverlight error has occurred. For more info, please go to nowtv.com/help.

looking at some other users who are having problems i have noticed someone has put that avast anti-virus is blocking now tv which is what i have on my pc.does any one how this has come about or know how to solve the problem

@Anonymous User I'd suggest whitelisting NOW TV

1. Open the Avast user interface and go to Settings » General
2. Find the tab EXCLUSIONS and add *.nowtv.com/* in the Urls tab

I've had this problem for days too - I'm using Avast on PC with Firefox.

Followed the above advice, added nowtv to the white list, restarted my PC and - NowTV works again!
