Im trying to set up an account but it wont let me.ive done everyfing right and all card details should work as I use my card all the time. My son has a 2 month pass that he got with hes playstation at xmas and we arent getting any where with it . Please help

Only Mastercard and Visa from UK banks are meant to work...

Who and what bank issued it...

Can you tell me what exactly happens when you're trying to set up the account? What device are you using? Do you get any error messages/codes?

 

Where does the error/issue occur - when signing in, entering email details or attaching your card?
