not loading home page

hi,

can u help? I am useless with tech! The homepage is not loading up . There are boxes ( if u move cursor over them ) and it was playing shows but you cant see what is in the box or the info just some pics of shows in some none in others. Have tried siverlight diagnostic and uninstalled but im getting nowhere!

Sorry to hear your having some issues.

 

Have you tried clearing down your browsers cookies and cache ?

 

This usually resolves most browser related issues, also if you have any antivirus software make sure that this isn't blocking NOW TV at all.
