The NowTV player updated this evening, and suddenly I get the message that I have used all device slots yet the same machine was registered. I cannot add the PC back until September 1st as I swapped my Mac slot to the PC this month.
It's the main device I use so I'm not happy, and the customer service from Now TV has been appalling in the past. Most of the time I get cut off because they have no clue as to what they're talking about, or they come up with the most pathetic of ideas on how to fix things. It feels like I am dealing with a bunch of incompetent school leavers most of the time.
Has anyone else had this issue?
