Sky sports not available 23 April

Took a one day pass specifically to watch Saracens v Wasps on Sky Sports 1.

All sports channels were on continuous load and the fault was aknowledged by NOW.

I want a refund on my pass £6.99

@Anonymous User as you posted this in the Windows PCs and Laptops I assume you were trying to watch in a web browser. It's possible that you needed to whitelist Silverlight to run on the NOW TV website. For exampe if you were using Firefox, on the left of the address bar may have been a lego piece , you would have needed to click on this and Allow and Remember nowtv.com to run "Silverlight".

 

If you never activated your Sports Pass (which is likely if you didn't start playback) you can still use it anytime in the next 365 days, however if you don't want it you can ask for a refund by speaking to live chat. Visit http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and click on the Contact Us button at the end of the article.
