NowTV not working on Laptop

Hi,

 

I try to start my stream on my Windows 8.1 PC from Firefox and it issues this error.

 

"There was an error starting the video stream. For more info, please go to nowtv.com/help."

 

Please advise,

@Anonymous User on the left of the address bar might be a lego piece , click on this and Allow and Remember nowtv.com to run "Silverlight".
You then might need to refresh the page. Although I'd suggest using the Windows App instead of Silverlight, a lot less hassle.
