Device allowance used up??

My ex boyfriend decided to log out all accounts so there is currently no accounts registered. I’ve tried logging myself back in being the account holder and it is saying I’ve used my allowance up for this month? So does that mean I have to go a whole month without being able to use/watch nowtv?

@Anonymous User if the account is on your email and your card. Use this link and reset the password. https://help.nowtv.com/article/forgotten-login-details I would recommend you change the password on your email first. Then once you have a new password. Set a payment pin and cancel the passes. Then go on to chat. Explain to them what has happened and ask them to reset your devices.
