Unable to purchase sky movies weekly pass

Hi. I'm unable to purchase the weekly pass. I have checked my payment details and it's all correct. I have activated a weekly pass in the past very easily. However it won't allow me to do so this time.
It comes up with the following message,

"Sorry, we couldn't process your payment

Please wait a moment and try again".

Not sure what to do now,

I had bought the monthly sports pack, to watch some games but specially for this one!! and the service is down on all devices!! thinking of cancelling my subscription now.  😞

Is there a number to call?

Why do you have to makes things so difficult?

I've preseed "pay now" so many times and got nothing and now I don't want the pass - so will I be charged?  If I am charged, how do I get a refund?

I've got the lads round for both games n bbq in between. If the payment service is down then just by-pass it and take money later ... or give this match for free at least until it's sorted
