Have you had a look at your My Account > My Passes page and My Account > My Bills page to see if you can see a month, day or week purchase?

For example, some people recently had a free pass added as compensation for the last Derby game date.

Welcome to the forum.
Are you sure you didn't have a day, week or month sports pass already on your account? Unused day or week passes sit in your account for up to a year and are only activated when you start watching a sports channel.

Having an account with NOW TV, I purchased a Sports Day Pass.
The Pass is showing "available" on my Mobile Phone.
But how do I veiw it on the TV?
