While using a black Now TV box with a wired connection and a 200 Mbit connection I regularly get 2-3 second picture freezes while the sound continues unaffected. While watching football it happens every 10 minutes or so. It's not a huge issue but more irritating and it only occurs while watching sports. Has anyone had a similar problem that was fixed?

Hi all,
Just an update to apologise for the issues you have experienced when trying to watch sport on NOW TV.
Yesterday we pushed out an update that should now have resolved the issue across our Sports Channels.
We continue to monitor these channels, if you still experience this issue please let us know.
Thanks,
Karl

This also happens to me.
I can't get through 90 minutes of football without some sort of **** happening.
I'm using the app on a LG tv.

Same issue noticed yesterday during England vs South Africa ODI cricket on (Live) Sky Sports via Roku 2.
Picture freeze for a fraction of a second but cound continues. Happens a few times per hour.
Annoying! Perhaps @Anonymous User could flag this up?
NB. Doesn't happen at all on Entertainment (Catch Up), which we use a lot. Internet connection is Sky Broadband Fibre Pro, running steadily at an under-utilised 60-61 Mbps D/L speed.

Perhaps there has been no acknowledgement or response from @Anonymous User because they are aware but there is no current solution?

If @Anonymous User are aware of the problem then they should acknowledge it, simple as that. It would prevent a lot of frustration from customers and reduce the posts in this thread.
Came to this forum last night because I've been suffering the exact same problem whilst using Chromecast which is pretty much all I use when using the service. I only watch sports channels and don't use the movies or entertainment packages. Come on @Anonymous User please look at this issue as it's very annoying, at least confirm that you are aware of it.

I'm voting with my wallet and have cancelled my Sports package. It's just not worth paying good money for the continuous glitches and problems.
Glad the F1 is on Channel 4 this weekend as I'll know I can see it without all the stuttering.
