line activation not happened

Hi My activation date was 14th sept, it's now 16th and I'm yet to get a connection. I've rang support who say "Now" have done there part, but openreach haven't connected us and they will contact you "within 72 hours"! Has anyone experience this and have any ideas when the line activation may occur Thanks for any possible advice
