Various websites not working

Certain websites and apps are not connecting on my now tv broadband connection.  These websites include - reddit, avforums, xboxgamepass, steam, gog galaxy, epicgames.  This occurs on a pc, tablet or mobile phone.

I have checked this on my giffgaff mobile data connection.   All of the above websites connect through giffgaff.

Have you gone into your NOW online account and switched off or set Broadband Buddy Setting to either Age 18 or off, where the default setting is Age 13 and will block access to certain websites.

Have you tried a factory reset to the router?

@gavs82008 yes we tried both 😞 resetted and restarted the router several times 😅 I even tried putting the buddy on 18+ left it like that for a day (didnt help) then turned it off all together - didnt help either 😞

All i can suggest is to call the broadband team in the morning from 8am. See the link for the number.
