So I ordered NOW TV broadband with an activation date of the 24th July. I plugged in the hub on that day and since then I've had internet just fine. However, this morning I got a text from NOW saying that my activation date has been delayed to the 2nd August and my orders and appointments page says that it hasn't activated yet. Despite that, I still (at time of writing) have broadband working perfectly.
Does anyone know what's going on here?

@gavs82008I gave them a call - apparently openreach got my phone line live but not my broadband, although they mentioned that sometimes they make a temporary connection which NOW won't get told about. That possibly explains why NOW doesn't consider me activated but I'm sitting here with broadband.
