I recently moved house and signed up for brilliant broadband as that was the only speed I could supposedly get (checked with several providers), everything went well and activated then other providers started showing that I could get better speeds now for some reason.
Called now tv and asked to upgrade and they arranged for the upgrade to go through on the 31st of May but it still hasn't went through. My account still shows that my broadband is changing but the only thing in my orders is my original brilliant broadband offer.
I'm hoping someone here can help as I no longer have access to a phone to call now tv.
