Speed below minimum speed guarantee

My minimum speed guarantee is 58.8 Mbps and when I check the ofcom mobile and broadband checker it shows my speed at 56.7 Mbps, which is below what I have been guaranteed to get. It shows quite often, if not all the time that my speed is below what I am guaranteed. What can be done about this?
