New home and the BT socket is the old wide style but my hub has the small square purple connector? How do I resolve this? Help please as I'm disabled and rely on Internet 🙏

Does the micro filter that also came in the box packaging fit onto the old style BT phone socket, then fit the phone and purple NOW Hub Router plug onto the supplied micro filter that came in the box with the NOW Router.

Thank you for the link. I had it in my hand but unfortunately can't remember which box I packed it in 🤔

Ask amongst friends/neighbours, somebody will probably have a spare microfilter, any microfilter will do, it doesn't have to be a Now one. Most are the "soap on a rope" type.
