I'm in the same boat as you @Kita I've been with now since August 23, and the service has been the worst I've had so far (previously with PlusNet, TalkTalk, EE) I get decent speeds during the day, but evenings are poor. fast.com will show 70Mbps daytime, but just now (7pm) I'm down to 2.5Mbps. I get buffering on iPlayer even music playing on Sonos cuts out sometimes.
I think I'm just going to switch provider and suffer the exit fee, which I'll attempt to argue. Just not sure who to switch to.
