Sky Soorts Racing Issue on LG UK 6400PLF TV

I use the NOW TV app to watch Sports  on my LG TV. 

All the channels are fine with the exception of Sky Sports Racing which since the TV app updated on 17th March, which is unwatchable as it block pixalate and eventually causes the app to 'crash'.

Anyone else have this issue or know of a solution.

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app?

You could also try unplugging your router and TV for a few minutes.

Hi,

Done all the usual of deleting the app and re-installing as well as the TV software. As say, this only started to happen after the app updated on 17th March. All was fine before that

Have you tried to unplug your TV for a few minutes also?

If you have and still no luck, you’ll be best to report the issue directly with NOW staff. As I know there has been a few issues with the rebrand to NOW across multiple devices.

Yes. All that has been done. The issue is only with Sky Sports Racing and only became apparent after the app update/rebrand.

I will report as to customer services
