Hello, has anyone been experiencing the same thing as me, and do you have any hints on how to sort it out?
Pretty much every evening (not so much during the day), the connection to a Sky Q mini box drops out, first the picture goes and then the sound. The only way to get it back is by unplugging and resetting the mini box.
a Sky Engineer has visited and checked the boxes and the connections and suggested that it is a problem with the Broadband, not the sky q mini box. The main sky box remains connected (although slower more recently).
Any help gratefully received!
