Outage - 12th September - Midlothian

Is there an outage in Midlothian area today? I have had no broadband from around 10:30am today. There is a reported outage in 'Donaldson, Edinburgh' area which is reasonably close but I wouldn't say very closeby. Can anyone (NOWTV?) confirm if there is an outage or if it is an issue at my end.

Nobody from NOW will respond here. Other than the information generally available on the website, the best you can do is call them on 0330 332 3050.

Further to what @redchiz1 has mentioned, the only way to bring it to the attention of NOW staff is to call the number provided.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
