I had a steady orange light on my wi-fi router. After trying to power-off several times over several days (home wi-fi and now-tv router) I decided to to a hard reset using the pin/button on the back of the now-tv router. That restored the now-tv router (yeah - I now have a blue light!) but I am unable to get BBC iPlayer to work (I live in Finland)!
Previously, when I connected my laptop to the now-tv router, it indicated that I was living in the United Arab Emirates. But after the hard-reset, it now indicates that I am living in Finland (which is, of course, correct!). So it seems that the VPN element of the now-tv router has been lost.
Is anyone able to help? There is a sticker on the now-tv router saying "do not press reset" but I felt I had no other choice given the previous attempts to reset the box had failed. Any thoughts welcome! We have a 3-yr old who can't watch her CBeebies during the lockdown!! Many thanks!!
