Open Reach Master Sockets

I have multiple master sockets because the property had 7 phone lines in the past. 1 phone line is related to an elevator for emergency call outs (e.g. someone gets stuck, they press the button and the phoneline dials emergency services). How do I get my phone number that I have allocated to that master socket? Right now it is on another master socket? Thank you

@gavs82008Thanks, i've done that and they are already sending out a Open Reach engineer. I was just wondering if someone had done this before and if there was a simpler solution where they can do remotely.
