Broadband speed drop

My broadband speed has dropped from 62.28Mbps on the 11/12/23 down to 8.82 21/1/24 and now down to 5.75 all lights are on. BT master socket 5c with separate phone and internet sockets

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

Also when you report it and only when you report it you’ll no doubt be in line for compensation.
