Only 2 lights!

We are 3 uni students who just moved into a new house, we set up the hub exactly how it says online and left it on over night, but somehow there only 2 green lights (power and wireless) why won’t the internet light turn on? Thanks in advance

Was yesterday your live activation switch on date and the middle light on the front of the NOW Hub never went green ?

Or was the NOW Hub working fine yesterday and suddenly this morning the middle light is either off, red or amber?

Also are you based in Essex or another part of the country? 

If the wiring between the BT Master telephone socket and NOW Hub hasn't come loose and a reboot on the NOW Hub doesn't make any difference.

Then phone the NOW Broadband Team using the number from this link page below.
