Hi. We have been using Nowtv Broadband for nearly 2 months. Ever since my second payment was late as I’d lost my bank card and forgot to change the card details for payments over to my new card, the Nowtv box had an amber light in the internet section. Once I made payment it turned green very shortly afterwards. However since then we lose connection every few seconds on our mobiles having to reconnect which is a real pain and we are using more and more of our data allowance. NowTv movies buffers, YouTube won’t connect and I player. What can be done about it?
