Terrible broadband performance

About 3 weeks ago I posted on here that my broadband kept dropping then reconnecting much slower, I went from 39999 kbps to around 20000kbps.  The problem seemed to rectify itself but has now reappeared again and is even worse this time, my router is constantly dropping connection. I'm hoping that someone on here can direct me to the relevant department I can talk to regarding this, as I'm having trouble locating the contact details.  Many thanks in advance!

Me too, only joined 2 weeks ago, but is exactly half what I am expecting on the Super Fibre spec. Anyone know a contact number pls?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
