I ordered now tv broadband and have currently paid £60.00 in total for the set up fee and delivery which was purchased on 22nd June I was told my broadband would be live on the 4th and it’s still not here tried to track my order but haven’t recieved my tracking number through email what do I do as can’t get in touch

Did you manage to find the telephone contact number for the nowtv broadband team ?
If not, when you go to My Account > Track My Order on here (once signed in) does it show any information about your order being processed and if so click on the drop down arrows to expand the details where there should be a telephone helpline number.
If there is no information shown and you have never created more than one nowtv account, then post back here and hopefully somebody will PM you a phone number for the broadband team.
