Fibre being slow!?

I'm also having this issue, tried what it says on this link

but no improvement when I first got my box I was getting a good Mbps 27 I believe. 

Results - 

Download Speed (Mbps) - 7.51

Upload Speed - 6.09

Ping Latency (ms) 36.63

This is through Ethernet also.

If you're concerned about your broadband best thing to do is give the broadband team a call and they can perform necessary checks on your line and router. You can find the telephone number for the Broadband Team by going to your My Account > My Package page
