No English Subtitles on Hayu in UK.

My mum NEEDS subtitles for everything due to her hearing. Why are you putting content on that cannot be understood without subtitles. Unable to watch Real Housewives of Amsterdam that you are streaming in UK. This is really, really poor in 2024. What is going on? Why is this happening. Subtitle option on my phone app bit not tv app. Still doesn’t work.

It's stated rather clearly there are no subtitles in Hayu content. According to this link.

No idea what the script is with subtitles for Hayu directly via the app or Amazon.

I really would like subtitles too. As a customer in the UK I would have expected English subtitles, as I don’t speak Dutch. Please change this.

Is Hayu from Hayu, rather than from Now, any better in this respect?
