Need a booster

Broadband only works downstairs in the house. With nothing or very weak connection upstairs. Do Now supply these or do we have to get elsewhere?

Now supply only the rather unsatisfactory router you have.

Try sourcing a Sky SR203 off eBay; this will be a direct replacement, but with rather more powerful WiFi.

@Booster efore you go down the buy a new router route:

Have you had an internet service at that property before?

if Yes then who was it and on what package ( speed) ? plus what router and any other equipment  did they provide ( ie BT smarthub5)

If Yes to having an internet service in the property before:

 Did you have any issues with wifi strength ?

Do you still have their router? ( can be used for comparison of signal strength)
