NOW app via Roku stick won’t load.

I can’t get the NOW app to load on the Roku Home Screen. The app keep returning to the Roku Home Screen after clicking on it. The internet is fine and the NOW app and Roku have been updated. Any ideas please.

There are well known issues with the rebranded NOW app on Roku devices mentioned across the forum. Have a look at this thread for instance.

The default response from NOW on social media is that they are looking into it and keep checking for both Roku and NOW updates.
