NOW TV BROADBAND

My broadband was supposed to go live 18th April it didn’t ! I was then told I’d get an update which is today 26th April. Nothing ! I’ve tried to call email Facebook nothing. I’m a new customer and I already want to cancel , how to I contact someone without it charging me a fortune

Top right hand corner of the page under help (help centre) try there.Also depending on when you signed up there should be a 14 day cooling off period if you are still inside that you can cancel and go to someone who will appreciate your buisness.
