My internet has been intermittent since last night / no way of contacting NOWTV

My internet has been intermittent since last night and there appears to be no way of contacting NOWTV as all their links just lead in circles. My contract is up for renewal in a few weeks and at the moment I am unlikely to stay with this level of customer service.

Or alternatively if you don't want to phone them, send them a message using the web form.
