Internet down

I'm a new customer and I've been without internet from 22:30h. The three lights are green. What can I do? I need internet to work!

Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

Now is domestic broadband.

Make sure you have a mobile with a suitable data plan to use as a WiFi hotspot when the inevitable happens.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
