I'm non verbal. I need to speak to now tv about my broadband performance (ran a line test and it says call now tv)
They won't speak to my husband without a password. I cant set one-up as I cant speak to them on the phone.
They said something about using an app to text to speech but didn't say which one.
On my old provider I was able to set my password up online why can't now tv do the same???

I am also trying to change the verbal password. I've given up.
Wouldn't it be nice if someone from NowTv answered this question rather than hoping that a 'community' member will know and be bothered coming on here to answer random questions. rant over.
