House move

Ive just moved house couldnt transfer my now to the new house which is in the same village so started a new contract which is meant to go live today but not had notification what my phone number will be. the email said id be notified but ive had nothing can you see it anywhere in the my account area ?

So who is your provider with the new property? As you said ‘couldn’t transfer my now to the new house’.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
