Disney plus

Anyone else finding issues when streaming Disney plus and loading connection constantly?

Are you using a NOW branded device such as stick? Or are you a broadband customer with NOW?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

You should perform the standard delete and reinstall app. Reboot the devices as well as your router. 

Otherwise you have to report the issue directly with Disney.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
