Connected without internet

WiFi was installed and went live yesterday, it has never connected since then. It is only ever connected without Internet, I can't get through to a real person from now please help

Your wifi is provided by your router and this provides you an internet connection. Sounds like the master socket was installed and OpenReach engineer kindly set up your router.

Was your go live date definitely yesterday?

You need to call the broadband team. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down for the call centre info.
