Audio description

Hello everyone can someone help me please my now tv has randomly starting using audio description on all my programs it’s driving me mad I can’t just relax and watch tv when some woman keeps talking over every program can someone please please help in how I turn it off

@Dionne I’ve contacted now and apparently it’s an issue a lot of us are experiencing and they got a team working on resolving the issue so fingers crossed they manage to sort it for us quickly

@gavs82008 I did got me nowhere they was telling me it was my device with the problem I told them I tried it on 3 different devices I just gave up trying to watch
