Hi there, I'm currently with Sky for my broadband and they agreed that I could leave and switch to Now - who I have cinema with.
I'm interested in the 100mb for £24 per month on an 18 month package. I
I called Sky this morning and they told me to call Now.
I just did that, spoke to an incredibly rude man called Tyson - who wouldn't let me set anything up, told me Sky are lying to me and wouldn't let me speak to a manager.
Can anyone advise on how I get this set up?

Can I assume you're talking about this?
https://www.sky.com/broadband/buy/now-powered-by-sky?dcmp=ssf-now-disc-ff100
As you can see both links only take you to Sky.
https://help.nowtv.com/get-in-touch/now-broadband-calls/now-powered-by-sky
More importantly the first link even says they will deal with NOW for you!!
If you're with BT, TalkTalk, EE, Vodafone, Plusnet or NOW; we'll contact your provider for you.

Are you sure FTTP (Full Fibre) is available at your address?
If it is you should be able to set it up on-line, no need to call anybody.
Just use the link provided by @gavs82008, but already being on Sky may complicate things.
Edit: Why would you want to leave Sky, just to join "NOW Powered by Sky", it is basically just Sky as far as I can see.

I think it saves a couple of quid a month. But the price of the saving is having to deal with incredibly rude people called Tyson - or possibly something else, as this is not the first report we have had of Now’s standards slipping due to the changes in support arrangements.
@Kath-1976 you might want to put in a report about what happened there via:-
https://help.nowtv.com/article/how-to-make-a-complaint
as I am sure Now will wish to prevent a repetition.
